Glory of God is to manifest.
Divine plan of God is to start.
Psalms 133:1-3
How wonderful it is, how pleasant, when brothers live in harmony; For harmony is as preciousness as the fragrant anointing oil that was poured over Aaron's head, and ran down onto his beard and onto the 'bottom' of his robe.
* Harmony is as refreshing as the dew on mount Hermon, on the mountain of Israel.
* And God has provide His eternal blessing on Jerusalem even life forever more.
Family has to be well united.
Union on a family produce:
> Strength
> Victory
> Blessings
against the forces of darkness.
To maintain the harmony; father has plays a vital role:
* He is the HEAD
Head means; In charge of the home as Christ is in charge of His Church.
PRINCIPLE ROLES OF A HUSBAND.
i> Tending the garden.
ii> Caring the garden.
Garden is a symbolic of a home.
iii> Father has to cultivate the land
* Children are rewards of the Lord
* They have inborn potentials
* They have riches in themselves
* They are precious gift of God
Father Must love, care and provide for his children.
a/ Father has to train them to release the potential in them.
b/ Father has to teach them the Word of God and do it to protect them from destructions
c/ He has to activate them in the fear of the Lord.
TEACHINGS AND TRAINING:
Proverbs 22:6
Teach the child to choose the right path; and when he is older he will remain upon it.
* It is the entire responsibility of the father in the home.
Genesis 18:19
# Lord is fireling out if we (fathers) have a commitment to impact to our children.
# Isaac, the Son of Abraham was a brand new child of God who gave won for fulfillment of Lord's plan
Praying for children:
Job 1:5
Intercession, Blessing the children.
- Job (father) prayed for his children.
- He gave offering to the Lord for his children.
Praying is a vital work to be done by the father.
Loving Money:
1Timothy 6:10
It is very traping.
Good father should not be a money loving father than God loving father.
Father must be aware that:
Wisdom is better than money
Knowledge is better than money
Integrity is better than money
Honest is better than money
Justice is better than money
He must see better be in tribulation, sufferings, dangers, trials, persecutions, swords than just loving money.
Money is just the product of good life.
Good life brings money, not money brings good life.
REMARKS TO FATHERHOOD:
I. Father must be studious of the Word of God and ability to teach.
for the family to succeed
for the family to prosper (Joshua 1:8)
II. Father must be bold, courageous and in charge.
Joshua 1:6
to have no fear in his execution of his responsibilities.
boldness comes from the Lord.
Acts 4:29
God can give boldness against all the threats of people.
Ephesians 6:19. Get boldness
III. Father must be prayerful.
prayers sustain the house/home
prayers enlighten the house
prayers empowers the house
prayers prosper the house
prayers helps to teach, intercede
